- Front close EX, couple of small tears at top opening. Nothing offensive
- Rear close EX, Minor r/wear, slight wear at opening. Nothing offensive
- Wide Spine close EX, some laminate lift, still largely readable
- Inside Gatefold EX.

Obviously the real value is in the cover. I was intending on replacing the two records with superior copies and selling the lot for a higher reflective price but needs must (that option remains for the winning bidder). A very rare opportunity for a low numbered copy at such a reasonable auction start. With all sincerity, grab it while you can.
Final point of note. I accept that record grading can be subjective so I do try and give a conservative estimate followed by the more realistic grading as applicable. This is in order to minimize being too optimistic. Please pay particular need to the pictures that I have included as a picture says a thousand words. By using your zoom capability you should be able to see the item up close and personal and this should form the main basis of your assertion. That being said, I have sold many high value records with no issues and my feedback will attest to that. So as a seller I aim to be as accurate as possible in describing the listed item and my hope is always that I end up with a satisfied buyer. That being said, buyers also have a responsibility to study the listing and I always encourage the use of zooming in for further detail as I do not do returns on high value records. Final point of note, I do not do part refunds and will not be held to ransom. My intentions are honourable and I look for likewise in the buyer.
