The Beatles WHITE ALBUM MONO PMC 7067/8 No. 0092070
First UK Pressing 1968.
Dark Green Apple Labels.
‘Sold In The UK…’ label text
NO ‘An EMI Recording’ on any label.
Complete with ORIGINAL black inners, poster and photos.
GATEFOLD COVER: Genuine top opening mono cover with no ‘stereo’ printed on the back. Some minor scuff marks and ringwear. No writing or other markings. Very clean on the inside. A good spine with some laminate that has worn away.
No. 0092070 is clearly visible on the front. Overall, VG+, some might say excellent.
VINYL:
Sides 1/2: XEX 709-1 (3 HL) XEX 710-1 (3 HH)
Sides 3/4: XEX 711-1 (1 RR) XEX 712-1 (7 TT)
Very clean labels, some spindle markings but not excessive.
Very clean vinyl, some mild surface markings. Excellent visual. VG+ to Excellent playback. No skips or sticks, occasional background clicks, nothing untoward. A very good set of mono records from 1968, they have been played but generally looked after.
BLACK INNERS: The die cut inners are very good to excellent. One is intact and has no rips but is frayed slightly at the top. The second one has a couple of sellotape repairs around the die cut hole and is also taped on one side.
POSTER/LYRIC SHEET: Has some handling wear and a couple of slight tears along the folds. Still a VG+ example.
PHOTOS: The 4 portrait photos are excellent. They have some mild handling wear and a couple of slight creases.
Overall a very nice and clean example of a MONO WHITE ALBUM under 100000.
