Description
The Beatles self-titled album also known as "The White Album". This is the first UK press. Mono, with No EMI text on Vinyls. Number 0047884. Condition Breakdown: Cover - Front and back are both pretty clean but It is a bit tatty where it joins the upper spine on the front. Spine - Fair/Good condition overall. A bit tatty at the ends. Inside Gatefold - Great clean condition, only minor imperfections. Sleeves - Poor. Both sleeves are barely holding together, especially the 1st vinyl's sleeve. Replacements would be recommended. If you prefer I can send the records in similar (not identical) replacements? Let me know. Records - Both records have some light marks on each side. Overall they sound Fair to Good. Side 1 is a little staticky and there's a couple of pops towards the end. Fair condition. Side 2 is fair/good, sounds clearer than side 1 though. Side 3 is very scratchy at the run-in groove and through the first 2 tracks with some pops unfortunatly. It clears up in track 3 onwards. Side 4 Sounds the clearest of all. Pretty good throughout. P.S. On side 3 The very start (run-in groove) and the end part (run-out groove) are unusually noisy and were apparently like that when this was bought for my relative all those years ago.
Record will be packaged securely and sent out asap. If you have any questions feel free to message me. Thanks for looking.
