Description
The Beatles The White Album LP First mono pressing with top loading sleeves and low numbered sleeve. Number 64428 Mono PMC 7067/8 Matrices XEX 709-1, XEX 710-1, XEX 711-1, XEX 712-1 Includes lyrics poster and four band member portraits
Sleeve is in good+ condition. Shows normal wear and tear, with some signs of creasing, very slight tear to rear sleeve but no unwanted writing. Still fairly white. Spine is solid, although again shows of creasing, however, it is in intact and readable. Both Vinyls are very good-, a fair amount of surface marks but no scratches and the audio is fantastic, recently played through (to auction) with no sticks, jumps or loud pops. Very little surface noise even between tracks. Labels have no writing, tears or damage with only a few light spindle marks. Original portraits and poster are in good++ condition. Inners are white and have mild handling wear.
Overall a very sound example of this early pressing with such a low number.
I grade my records as honestly as possible, slightly on the conservative side, and as such they are sold as described and photographed, with returns being impracticable. Should you have any questions or if you require addition photos, please ask prior to bidding.

Gradings: Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc..
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
