All are clean & unblemished with only a handful of light spindle trails visible around each unworn centre hole

Visual

Disc 1: EXCELLENT  Disc 2: EXCELLENT +

Both discs are in wonderful unworn condition and have clearly been little played and carefully stored over the years. Each side retains all of its deep-gloss factory shine and is free from any groove-whitening or clouding. Unsually disc 1 appears here to have been barely played and apart from a single 7mm scratch on side 2, it is unmarked. Disc 2 is virtually flawless with just a few unavoidable faint marks from the unforgiving black inners beneath halogen light.

Sound Quality

Disc 1: EXCELLENT  Disc 2: EXCELLENT +

Both discs have received very little play and my play-check finds trace of any groove/playwear or crackle. Disc 1 plays perfectly with just the unavoidable trace of low-level vinyl background in the few quieter spots, but this is not intrusive and is impossible to avoid on even perfect copies. The aforementioned scratch on side 2 unfortunately causes some moderate repeating clicks which run from the end of 'Don't Pass Me By' to halfway through 'Why Don't We Do It In The Road'. Without this minor flaw, disc 1 would grade NEAR MINT. Disc 2 plays superbly with again just a trace of low-level vinyl background in a few quieter spots, together and a few light ticks on 'Sex Sadie', but no further distractions of any kind.

Cover: EXCELLENT

This exmaple is one of the cleanest and whitest examples I have seen for some time and would grace any serious collection.

The high-gloss outer laminate is perfectly clean and free from any 'thumbnails' or any other form of creasing. The cover's only significant sign of wear is moderate shelfwear to the lower right corner. All top-opening edges are clean & sharp and the laminate around the raised wording in fully intact. As you can see, the unique number is bold & unworn.

Both panels inside the gatefold are pristine...

...with just a tiny spot of dried glue from manufacture on the lower right corner of the right panel's flipback

Both are clean & flat with a few gentle storage wrinkles. There is a tiny nick to the top edge of one but no tears to either centre window or splits to any seam
