Description

Here is a fantastic example of an early mono edition of ‘The Beatles White Album’ from 1968. This is a genuine double LP album with a stamped number on front of 0171858. Side 1 & 2 have “An E.M.I. Recording” printed on them but this is missing from side 3 & 4!

The album comes with everything you would expect: gatefold opening on top of album cover, “The Beatles” on front cover is embossed not printed, stamped number on front, outside of a green apple on the A side of each record and an apple cut in half on the B side, records are in original black inner paper sleeves (one has a tear to centre circle and split to the top of side fold - see photo), original photo print of each of the boys and the double sided lyric sheet / photo collage. The record has been played and enjoyed by my Father in the 60s and 70s, please study photos for condition. The cover is in good condition, some scratches and dull patches but no writing, no rips and the spine is not split either. Some yellowing to edges of album but overall in good condition.


Album will be posted ‘signed for and tracked’ or it is located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire if you would like to collect contactless.


Album has been dry stored in a smoke free home and has been stored flat since the 1980s.
