Listed here is a RARE album by The Beatles titled The Beatles (White Album). This is a UK Original 1st Pressing on Apple PCS 7067/8. This stereo copy is pressed on the very collectable Dark Green Apple label. The Label has “sold in UK....” statement on label indicating first pressing. The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is Top-opening, and has the word ‘Stereo’ on rear again only first pressings had this. The unique number on the sleeve is 0515343 and is printed by ‘Garrod & Lofthouse’. The record is complete with all four photo’s/prints, poster and black inners. This album is one of greatest rock album’s of all time and is a corner stone in any collection. Also has the early matrix numbers.
Matrix numbers: YEX 709-1 / YEX 710-2 / YEX 711-1 / YEX 712-1
VINYL - Both sides of the record are in EX condition. Tiny trace of light/minor background noise/static, which is only really noticeable on the run-ins/outs and between the tracks, and even then it’s barely noticeable. NO Skips, NO Jumps, NO Sticking. NO pops. There are a couple of hairline scratches, which don’t affect the sound quality, NO Clicks. Vinyl still has that lovely glossy shine to it, sounds superb!
SLEEVE - The laminated gatefold sleeve is in VG+ condition. Trace of spine wear (text is mostly readable), trace of edge wear. NO Tears or rips, NO splits, there are a few light creases. NO Ring wear. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. Still has that lovely Shine/sheen to it.
Labels - The labels are in EX+ condition. Tiny trace of spindle marks, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
Inner – The black inner’s are in Near Mint condition. NO Tears, NO Rips, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
Photo’s – The four photo’s/prints are in Near Mint condition. NO Tears, NO Rips, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
Poster – is in VG+ condition. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. There is a little creasing and there is a tiny split along the fold in the centre of the poster (only 1inch long). NO Tears.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
