The Beatles - The White Album
Original UK 1st Pressing - 1968 Stereo.
This LP is on the Apple Label.
Incredibly rare in this condition with such a low number and dark green apple.
Matrix numbers: YEX 709 - 1 / YEX 710 - 1 / YEX 711 - 1 / YEX 712 - 1.
Original laminated 'top loading' gatefold cover.
Contains both black original liners which are in excellent condition with light creasing only.
Contains the original poster and the four photographs.
Condition Both the vinyl and the cover have been thoroughly photographed by a high resolution SLR camera (Nikon D7000) to enable you, the bidder, to make your own judgement regarding the aesthetic condition as this is a subjective matter. We at VinylTap provide only the play grading for the aforementioned reason. This specimen of ' The White Album' has been play graded at EX+/NM by Vinyl Tap.
Cleaning Process The vinyl itself has been cleaned using a four step process, including an active enzyme solution, ultra pure water and two high resolution rinses, which optimizes the audio quality. The cleaning process is done on a 'VPI Typhoon' record cleaning machine. After the cleaning process the improvement with regards to the audio quality is astonishing.
The record is then put into an anti-static rice paper inner liner to ensure that no dust or dirt can reach the vinyl (the original liner is kept and sent within the packaging). The cover, original liner and the record itself are all packaged within a clear plastic outer casing as shown in the final picture.
Packaging & Postage The item is posted in a record mailer and is packaged with stiffeners either side to eliminate the chance of damage. Vinyl Tap aims to send the item within two working days. International shipping is welcomed.
