Beatles "The Beatles" White Album PMC7067 original 1968 mono double LP Seriously low number 2596
This is The Beatles double LP "The Beatles"; better known as The White album released in 1968.
It is housed in a top opening Garrod & Lofthouse laminated gatefold sleeve with flipbacks with the seriously low number 2596 marked in the bottom right corner.As these LPs are valued according to the lowness of their number this is a rare oppurtunity to acquire what IS one of the first issued "White Albums".The condition of the sleeve would be graded Good with some wear to the spine and top edges.There is also a mark at the top middle.(see picture)
The records themselves are graded VG with few scratches;none of which affect the playing.The label has "sold in UK" text and features the dark green apple.They come with the original black paper inner sleeves which are slightly tatty as is the norm.
Also included are the 4 prints of each Beatle which are EX; although Ringo does have a slight mark;and the poster which unfortunately is in 6 seperate squares.
Overall, this album is in Good condition and is valued at £700+ with such a low number in "The Beatles Price Guide".
This would be a great present to give or recieve for any Beatles fan.
