Description

The Beatles, Yellow Submarine (Soundtrack), Orig UK Apple LP, EX, 3rd Pressing!!

The Beatles, Yellow Submarine, Soundtrack, Orig UK Apple LP, EX, 3rd Pressing!!!

Original Apple stereo issue LP, the glossy cover is in excellent condition, with some very light rubbing around the corners & a small split the top edge of the cover which has been repaired (see pics). The spine is intact and fully readable. The white EMI company inner is intact and in excellent condition(see pics).

The record is in visually excellent condition with little evidence of being played, except for a few feint hairlines from being removed from its sleeve & a couple of light needle marks visible under bright light that do not affect play. The labels are clean and bright with evidence of a few spindle markings, overall the record looks great.

The sound reproduction is still excellent, clear & vibrant throughout, with no loud crackle or hiss & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise on the run ins.    The matrix nos. are YEX-715-4 mother stampers 3-MM, YEX-716-1 mother stampers 3-GGM, this is the one of the early pressings of the seventies third UK stereo issue of the album!!   Happy bidding and Good Luck !!!
