Description

The Beatles - Rubber Soul . 1965 UK Original yellow and black label  Mono Vinyl LP with "Sold In  UK" and " The Gramophone Co" label text , housed in  a front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve.  with the original Emitex inner. (pmc 1267)

Pro cleaned and play Tested.



Vinyl-  plays through  nicely with no jumps or skips with just some light background crackle heard in some passages of the ballad 'Michelle: and 2 light pops on "Wait" apart from the usual light crackle on the run ins and between tracks Visually there are some light hairlines (nothing feelable) and Sleeve scuffs on both sides visible under strong light. VG +


Sleeve - is in reasonable shape for age, some corner wear and  edge wear/scuffs visible with a little  laminate loss and handling wear at the opening on the front. The unlaminated black and white reverse has few foxing spots as you normally get with these. See photos for clarification. Would grade VG-


Emitex inner is intact with some light creasing and a few foxing spots see pics.


A very respectable playing copy of this sought after early 5/5 matrix mono UK issue.


                








Will also come with a new pvc protective sleeve and a new white paper inner sleeve along with the original Emitex inner sleeve.
