Description

This is an original first pressing of The Beatles' Rubber Soul vinyl record released in 1965 by Parlophone. The record features the iconic 1960s British Invasion pop rock style and has a black vinyl material. The cardboard sleeve is in good plus (G+) condition with the original cover intact.


The record grading is good (G) and the sleeve grading is also good plus (G+). This LP is a mono format with Yex 579-1/Yex 580-1 loud cut and includes the following features: Artist - The Beatles, Record Label - Parlophone, Release Title - Rubber Soul, Case Type - Cardboard Sleeve, Inlay Condition - Good (G), Edition - First Pressing, Colour - Black, Record Size - 12", Style - 1960s, British Invasion, Pop Rock, Genre - Pop, Rock, Number of Audio Channels - Mono.


This is the first loud cut version on which production ceased early on as EMI deemed it too loud

The albums pressed from the initial lacquers were not destroyed but are rare and are identified by the Yex579-1 and Yex 580-1which is what is offered for sale here. Sadly it has lived a life and has significant surface marks although it plays well there is surface noise


The laminated flip back sleeve is in good condition with creases and marks but no splits and the spine is intact


The record has been cleaned using the Project VC2 Cleaning Machine

There is only one copy of this that I can find for sale and that is on Discogs priced at £265. Due to the condition of this copy I am selling for much less-please be aware of that when buying
