Description

Increasingly hard to find UK first press of this 1963 John Lee Hooker album issued on Stateside. 
The front laminated flipback sleeve is close to excellent – just an asterisk in blue pen on the back cover and some minor spine creasing nudges it down to VG++. 
The vinyl plays through well despite some scuffs and hairlines and is an enjoyable listen despite some surface noise. 
Side 1 is a solid VG+, while Side 2 has more noticeable crackle over the first few tracks, and grades Good+ to VG. 
Decent white poly lined inner sleeve is in VG+ order with no seam splits. 
Black and green Stateside labels are in VG+ order with some spindle wear. 
Hard to find early UK 1st press from the blues legend – great find for collectors.  Sensible offers welcome.
