1. Record is graded as VG+/VG++.  Glossy and clean of any hairlines.  
2.  Cover is a VG+ with minimal shelf wear along the corners edges and spine.  Small corner corner crease/bend on backside of gatefold (top left corner - picture provided).  Please reference pictures provided for condition of cover.
