This is a difficult album to find. I will describe the condition issues...
I would rate the cover at only VG+. The main defect appears to be a water stain on the right side of the front cover (see photo). There are no splits or major crunches, but there is some overall wear present. The photos tell the story best.
The disc is NM minus. I don't see much evidence of spindle wear on the labels, though there are several wisps here and there on the vinyl, likely caused by rubbing from the inner sleeve.
