Description

Listed here is a rare 12" German pressing of the Cure's "A Forest" single. This is referred to as the "Special Long Version," and the B-side is "Another Journey By Train."
Note the alternative record sleeve design to the other "A Forest" singles and the "Made in West Germany" note on the bottom edge of the sleeve.
I have been the sole owner of this record since it was bought in 1980/81, and it has been stored in a protective plastic cover for most of this time. There is some light wear to the sleeve edges (pictured), but as this is a paper record sleeve, this is to be expected.
The record itself is in fantastic condition. It has been played very infrequently in its lifetime, so the vinyl still looks great. I have played the record once to test it for the listing, and can report no faults.
