DMM = Direct Metal Master "Townhouse" Etched
DISC: EX(VG++) with just a couple faint shallow hairlines, and a couple paper scuffs. The audio is bold and clear, a very enjoyable listen. Clean player, with some minor faint static and quiet crackles occasionally heard, mostly a clear player. Very clean surface with high luster, very well kept over the years.
COVER: EX(VG++) with a notch cut in the bottom right corner, some very minor corner bump creases, clean glossy artwork under the shrink wrap, all spines are intact (some very minor shelf wear), the title spine is legible. 
Both Original Inner Sleeves are present with some light wear, light creases, clean and glossy otherwise.
