Description
This original 1971 1st UK pressing of The Doors LA Woman K 42090 Published by Elektra is in great condition.
The US and UK releases were initially issued in rounded-corner sleeves with embossed text. The front has a cut-out window with clear acetate, on which the band photo is printed black half-tone. The disc is in a yellow radius-corner liner, which provides background color to the sleeve window image when inserted.
Later sleeves or cover images simply emulate this effect, with no die-cuts and with normal square corners.
The cover sleeve is in good condition showing moderate signs of usage. The front shows slight signs of usage with a little fraying, light scratches and edge wear, otherwise ok. Whilst on the reverse there is a little damage (pictured), a few marks and a long surface scratch about 6 inches long (cause unknown) There are also faint scratches, a little edge wear, ring wear and fraying, though nothing too major.
The vinyl great condition, showing very light signs of usage, I have only found one light scratch mark on the A side at the 2 O’clock position about 1cm long and one extremely faint mark on the B side at around the 7 O’clock position. Neither of which affects the vinyl at all. There are of course snap crackles and pops, although they are not too bad for a vinyl 44 years old.

To this, all vinyl I sell is sent with a reinforced stiffened cardboard backing and bubble wrapped into a thick parcel box, (small enough to fit through your letter box if it's 7 inches) 12 inch vinyl are sent as small / medium parcels. Each vinyl has a new protective plastic cover and where the vinyl is shown without its original cover sleeve, the vinyl will be sent in a protective plastic cover and plain white paper sleeve. Some of the vinyl I own is big holed, so 45 RPM adapters may need to be bought separately, or if I have them spare, I will provide one at no extra cost,
