Description

An original late 1st press of HC on the UK Warners custom labels. Matrix A1/B1. Note that the labels mention 'Made in The UK' and not 'manufactured'. The vinyl comes housed in an original heavy-card gatefold cover with left hand panel sealed. We also have the original bespoke inner sleeve and the original poster. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a few very slight marks - nothing remotely troublesome tough. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with minor deviation in a couple of spots. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. By and large a real nice clean player. Just a few isolated crackles in one spot per side. E.g. 'New Kid'  - which still plays better than you will typically find.. 'Wasted Time' is one of the fussiest and this copy is playing better than the typical copy does. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex) A superb looking original cover with bold lush colours still vivid. Clean and flat front and rear with very little sign of wear or creasing. The interior is borderline perfect. Very little edge wear - which is unusual. The openings are still perfectly sharp. The spine is 100% intact - with little wear. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A lovely specimen.
Inner (Ex) Often ages a bit. But this example looks very impressive.
Poster (Ex) Has never seen a wall. No issues.
