This listing is for an extremely rare LP by The Fugitives - Live At Dave's Hideout, one of the first garage LPs from 1965 out of Detroit Michigan.
Privately pressed on Dave Leone's 'Hideout Records'.
This copy is from my personal collection, I acquired this LP from a member of one of the bands that frequently played at The Hideout in Detroit Michigan in the mid 60s.
The condition of the vinyl is VG-, The LP has many light and some feelable scratches on both sides. It plays surprisingly well for its condition. Playback sounds strong VG for the majority of the record. There are occasional ticks and clicks, no repeating skips, some light *shhh* sound on the first two tracks on side 2 where some dirt is embedded in the grooves but it is very minor. Overall it plays with some light to medium surface noise and is an enjoyable listen. Pressed on heavyweight vinyl.
The jacket has a small seam split on the top middle edge and a slightly larger split on the bottom middle edge (see detail photos). Otherwise it is VG+, no major damage or soiling, looks great from the front and back.
Less than 300 copies were pressed.
This is a historic LP and one of the earliest known Detroit (or any other city) garage rock records.
