Before anything lets talk about the Promo question. Picture #2 is the album for sale while Picture #3 is from discogs showing what the official promo looked like. I've had a number of Japanese promos and in all prior cases they have looked like Picture #3 and there was also a promo mark on the Bside, which is not present on this album.  In this case it looks like a stamp (it's 100% live ink and may have been written by hand) and this is the thing, it seems like a really strange thing to fake but it might not be real.  My personal feeling is that this was a real promo copy of this album because who would bother with something like this.
Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as EX (I range EX from 83-93) with the album playing as an 88, less B5, an instrumental that was an 83, with the primary issue being super light surface noise at the start and end of tracks.  A visual inspection looks even better however based on the play the vinyl is scored as EX.
The sleeve is scored as EX and remains in the shrink. There is very light corner wear, most noticeably on the right corners along with small discolorations spots most noticeably along where the shrink is open on the right side. The inserts show only light wear with the color insert having some small discoloration spots ('Cyndi's Special Book' has gone missing).
Album will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap.  If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
