Description
I bought this LP record new in NZ decades ago after I heard '(There's Gonna be a) Showdown' and 'Injun Joe' for the first time. It is a very cool blend of country and punk entwined with a typically Aussie sense of fun and humour. It was produced by Ross Wilson of Daddy Cool fame. The record has been played, though not in the past 25 years or so. I am not able to provide an exact grading as I am not a dealer in vinyl, so please go off my description below and the photos attached when making you assessment of condition. The vinyl is in good condition with obvious signs of having been played. From memory the record plays well without any skipping though I no longer have a turntable to test it on. The gate fold sleeve is in excellent condition. The corners are still intact with minimal signs of wear and the edges are sharp and in very good nick (see pics). The sleeve has the rare die-cut shape around the head of the cowboy. A rotating inner cardboard disc allows you to change the head to any of the band members. The colours are still sharp as this record has spent its entire life safely huddled away in my record collection away from light and moisture. This is the first time that this record has been on the market since new, some thirty years ago. I will be posting the record with tracking to ensure it gets to you ok. Happy bidding...
