Description

Here is an extremely rare artifact of Madmen-era advertising: an undocumented, circa 1960 demo LP of rare ad jingles and original bits by the illustrious vocal group The J's with Jamie, accompanied by narration by Ken Nordine. It's titled The Sales-Winning Ways of The J's With Jamie: America's Most Versatile Vocal Group. The one-sided LP is in excellent condition, very close to M- with some faint sleeve wear. The cover is VG with some creasing and shelf wear (see pics). It's a fun listenfrom start to finish, with crystalline harmonies on local and national ad campaigns—some of them entirely forgotten. Playback is quiet and excellent throughout. We have never seen another copy. Listen to a few excerpts below:
