Cover front VG+++ bright and shiny no spindle wear
bottom right corner 1/8" bend
bottom left corner 1/10" missing

Cover back VG++ bright white
flip back binding
upper right corner under binding 1x1" tear
'stereophonic' sticker covering mono number and word mono
