The Kinks are The Village Green Preservation Society Pye NSPL 18233 Stereo
This album was made in Canada by Phonodisc in 1968 under license from Pye. I’m the only owner this LP has ever known and, I have to admit, I haven’t played it very often (perhaps four times max). That’s good news for you, though, because the vinyl is in excellent shape. There is light wear on corners of the album cover and light ring wear on the front. It includes the original inner sleeve.
I don’t know how to tell if this is a first pressing or if that matters. Along with the LP number the run-out grooves on Side 1 are inscribed with the initials “TG”. If you have any questions let me know.

Information from Wikipedia- The Kinks Are the Village Green Preservation Society is the sixth studio album by the English rock group the Kinks, released in November 1968. It was the last album by the original quartet (Ray Davies, Dave Davies, Pete Quaife, Mick Avory). A collection of vignettes of English life, The Kinks Are the Village Green Preservation Society was assembled from songs written and recorded over the previous two years.
The album failed to chart upon its initial release, and Ray Davies has called it "the most successful ever flop." The album was ranked number 258 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, and it was described by Uncut in 2014 as a "brilliantly observed concept album". In 2018, the album earned a gold disc for reaching sales of 100,000 copies.
