Original mono issue, black label with color spectrum MGM logo, deep groove, original pre shrink wrap heavy poly outer sleeve, plain paper inner sleeve.

Record is VG+++: VERY SHINEY & CLEAN with various superficial inaudible visual only marks which don't affect play. Very little spindle wear. Plays Great!!!
Cover is VG+++: minor shelf wear; otherwise clean & sturdy. No splits.
