Description
For sale is a pristine sounding 7" single of Please Mr. Postman by The Marvelettes from 1961 on the Tamla label of Detroit. The vinyl is on the stronger side of VG+ visually with a good deal of shine to it, just a couple of really light scuffs I can detect, it plays like new. The labels are bright, the A side has a name written in ink as shown. The sleeve is nice, there is one tiny little tear along the right upper edge near the Tamla name, maybe an 8th of an inch, not much. The back is even nicer, the one visual flaw in the black ink upper left appears to be an manufacturing imperfection, there is nothing I can feel that indicates stress, just a dropping out of a bit of the ink in that one spot. Certainly close to grading up one level on both counts, I grade conservatively when in doubt, this is nice.
