This is a great copy of the famous MOHAWKS lp, this record needs no introduction to the folks who like their hammond-funk raw. Contains several great tracks from the KPM The Big beat session. To be honest I don't know which pressing this is as there are several editions around but I CAN say that this is not the recent reissue. This record comes from someone who stopped buying vinyl in the late 70's so it has to be from an earlier period. The record has obviously been played as spindlemarks can be seen on the label. The record itself shows several very light scuffs but plays great alltogether and mostly without surfacenoise. On side 2 there are a couple of little marks at the start of the first track (Baby hold on) that are audible for several rotations (producing a 'pop') however the needle doesn't skip or jump. Except for this track I would rate the record excellent. The laminated sleeve is nice condition but has some staining on the front and back, all spines are intact.
