The Monkees - Headquarters 8 Track Tape SEALED ! Clamshell Intact Look
This 8 track is Visually graded as Sealed
This 8 track tape almost never comes up for sale on EBay. When it does it’s either missing some or all of the clamshell case it’s in or the shell is damaged, the tape is worn etc. I’m not sure why this is a hard one to find compared to the rest in their catalog but it is. This one is Sealed ! It has some sticker residue that was an attempt to remove the price sticker from a previous collector but otherwise is in new condition.
The last complete open copy of this tape I saw on eBay sold last year for
$497.00 and I’ve included a screen shot of that auction in my last photo. As I recall it was missing the Warrenty information book that came with these. I have to assume this one is inside. Please ask any questions before buying.

These records / tapes come from my personal collection and most of the 45's were bought mainly for the collectability and played maybe once or twice if that. Picture Sleeves and LP's without shrink come with poly protector outer sleeve.

Grading Standards for EP’s LP’s 78’s and 45’s Because record grading is subjective, I feel it's important to address how conservatively I grade in the description of a records and their covers/sleeves condition. I do my best to accurately describe each item. Sometimes things get by me, but I will make every attempt to make you happy with your purchase.
Please note that all record gradings described are obtained by visual inspection only, unless otherwise noted. When an item is play graded please understand that my turntable and cartridge for the last 25+ years has been a Pioneer PL-71 with an Ortofon concorde cartridge of some kind. The stylus is replaced every 6 months and the cartridge every 5 - 6 years.
Mint… Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Played once or twice if at all.
NM Near Mint - Very clean, Looks new only a few light marks if any. A great record.
VG+… Used, but not abused. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.
VG… Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.
G… A bit rough but should play ok. Fills the collection. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!! SEALED: Applies only to sealed records. Naturally, it is assumed that the disc condition would be MINT, but that cannot be guaranteed. There can be production flaws on even these records. These items can only be assured of being sealed but not necessarily "MINT" condition.
