Description

An original 1st press of P,A,C,& J Ltd.on the UK RCA label from 1967. Matrix 1K/1K - very 1st cut. Please note the labels are genuine very very 1st press with the Decca deep-grove and label layout consistent with the earliest version. The very first labels do not exhibit the hyphen in the catalogue number, or brackets around the tape number, and the type font is 'Times New Roman' - I could go on but you may fall asleep! The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original MacNeill mono cover.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Interference is very minor and infrequent. All we could detect we a few crackles in a couple of isolated moments. A beautiful player straight outta '67.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and has clearly been looked after down the years. Lovely shiny front with barely a crease and no signs of ageing. The rear looks fine too with only lightest ageing in or two spots. Edge wear is very light and the text is still all legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
