The Monkees Present LP record w/obi [excellent+] [RARE] from Japan !!

Description : LP record (music vinyl)
country of origin : Japan

Item condition and grading : in 5 grades (mint , near mint , excellent , very good , good)  We seldom use "mint" to used one.
Obi : excellent  Sleeve : excellent+ Disc     : excellent+ Inner Sheet : seems to be originally none.

Note :  Total Grading : excellent+
There seems to be only one noise in the 4th song on Side 1. I found it when I checked.
This record is about 50 year old one,but I think it is young for its age. Not a bad record !!
