UMC continue their series of highly desirable, limited edition 7” Motown box sets with the release of Volume 4, another gem highlighting 14 superb tracks from the Motown vaults.
Compiled by BBC radio DJ and journalist Richard Searling, the artists featured include David Ruffin, The Spinners, The Contours, Bobby Taylor, Thelma Houston, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Shorty Long, Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell. As with previous releases, Volume 4 includes a selection of singles, which have never before been released on 7” vinyl, including Brenda Holloway’s ‘Can’t Hold The Feelin’ Back’, which see its first ever issue as a physical release.
