The record is near mint. No scratches, marks or skips. Plays perfectly. The cover is excellent, close to near mint. No splits or tears or creasing, very minimal storage wear. Just one price sticker on the cover which I never removed as I thought it would leave a mark. (The price sticker is from Hendersons Records in Exeter where I bought a lot of records back in the day. Now long since gone unfortunately)  
I have 100% positive seller rating. I have bought and sold on ebay frequently and fully understand the importance of getting things right, both in the description of the item and in the care I take to send it securely and promptly.
