They are joined together to sing the Gospel of our Savior. The title song, GOD WALKS THE DARK HILLS, reminds us how much it means to know there is someone who cares during these troubled times. This group comes from Limestone, Tennessee and consists of Ralph Greene, singing lead; Jackie Broyles, tenor; Kathy Broyles, tenor; Brenda Wilhoit, alto; Richard Wilhoit, bass singer. Karen Duncan ad- companies them on piano, while Ronnie Duncan plays bass guitar. A studio staff musician, plays steel guitar. He is Bennie Johnson. We trust you will receive a real blessing from this, their first album. REV. and MRS. In keeping with our tradition of presenting gospel performances in the true spirit for which it is intended, I believe this fine young group of singers is another step in that direction for us. THE PHI LADELPHI ANS possess a real and honest sound of gospel singing and music. They are talented in voice and personality alike. They all create a spirit of true gospel in each song they sing. The feel of the spirit is present with them as well as the sound. This is true gospel, I believe. I enjoyed the group being with us during these recordings. I truly hope you enjoy listening to them as much as we have.
