- Original owner from personal collection

- Record has only been played 2-3 times - plays with no issues
- Cover is in excellent condition and has been stored in a protective poly sleeve since original purchase in 1981
  - Very minor 1/2" crease in lower left corner of front cover that is hard  (see photos)

- Stored in a temperature controlled, non- smoking room

- Same day USPS media mail shipping in a custom LP mailer   -  Includes a new lined paper sleeve for the LP and a new poly protective sleeve for the cover
