Description
Original UK first pressing of Rum Sodomy & The Lash by The Pogues, released in 1985 on Stiff Records (catalogue SEEZ 58). This copy features the original picture sleeve in EX condition and Near Mint vinyl with a near clean surface and strong gloss. Labels show SEEZ 58-A / SEEZ 58-B with matrix runouts A-1U and B-2U, confirming an early UK pressing. Produced by Elvis Costello and engineered by Nick Robbins and Paul Scully, this is one of the most important folk-punk albums of the 1980s, blending traditional Irish music with punk energy and storytelling. A desirable example for collectors seeking a clean UK first press.
