Blue Note 5069 Vol. 2. 10 inch LP with the Lexington Avenue Address
Record has a slight warp, not affecting play. There is some surface noise throughout and side 1 track 2 has a tick.
The sleeve has a tape mend to the entire right side, otherwise in nice shape.
