~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this Rare Mono self titled LP by The Remains on EPIC Records LN24214, original Canadian Mono First Pressing from 1966.
This is an original Canadian Mono First Pressing release ( pressed only once in Canada in both Mono and Stereo form ) by EPIC Records on the original EPIC yellow label and distributed by C.B.S. Records.
Insanely and virtually impossible to find in near mint condition, this Canadian copy is in absolute near mint condition in the original shrink wrap!
The Canadian manufacturing production run of this Lp was very limited and offered much softer vinyl composites for superior sound quality instead of the rigid styrene plastics used in the US manufacturing production runs.
Opinions vary, but the Mono release offers a true spectacular clear sound mix. Fabulous!
Both front and rear covers are near perfect and retain all their full crisp bright colors with a near perfect solid white background except for one clean delete hole.
An absolute super clean copy without almost any signs of wear or aging that looks almost like new except for a very light paper crimp fold on the front bottom left cover.
All seams, spines and jacket opening edges are fully intact, crisp, tight and square except for a light crimp on the top and bottom left corner.
The vinyl virtually looks almost like new except for original and almost invisible inner paper sleeve impression.
Both labels are exceptionally super clean and look almost like new.
