The Rolling Stones Beggars Banquet Vinyl UK 1968 Mono 1st Press Very Good/Very Good.
Coming from a large private collection and owned from new this is a great opportunity for a Rolling Stones collector to own a piece of genuine Stones recording history.

Being a collector of some years myself I will always use the official Record Collector Grading Systems when selling vinyl and will always grade down where there is cause to do so.
In terms of the Vinyl the condition would be classed as Very Good
I have played the vinyl through completely on high end Technics SL1210 decks and whilst there are multiple visible hairline marks across both sides of the vinyl the sound quality throughout remains in great condition. Naturally there are the usual 'pops' and audible cracks on intro gaps between tracks which is in line with the age of the record but no skips or significant scratches.
Labels remain in great condition for the age with the only degreadation being the name 'Linda' written on side one (see Photo)
In terms of Cover and overall quality this would be graded as Very Good with general ware and tear in line with age.
The details are as follows: Original Garrod and Lofthouse International Limited Laminated Cover Production with Gold Rimming Inner Gatefold (left) has some minor damage and also the date 1968 written (see photo) Spine Shelfware 'roughing' in line with age on bottom and top areas - minimal and remains in great condition overall
Inner sleeve is original paper diecut style with inner lining which has detached over time.
Overall the record and sleeve remain in great condition for a record of 52 years of age and whilst I am well aware of the collectability of this original MONO recording I have taken into consideration all elements of degradation when setting a sensible start price for this item.
I will ensure that the the item is securely packaged and insured for safe transportation accordingly
