Description

Here we have a RARE DEMO of "Margaret" by The Royal Holidays on London HLU 8722. It dates from 1958, and is a sort of Rock n Roll Doo-Wop crossover item.  It is taken from the US Carlton label, which was doing pretty well with Jack Scott, Jesse Lee Turner etc at the time. It is as clean as a very clean thing, and the label is pretty darn good too, although it has a small timing number lightly writ on it. Using the condition scale set by "Record Collector Magazine" (my favourite reading, next to the Bible and Shakespeare) I would conservatively rate it as a very strong VG++ FILL YOUR BOOTS.

I am not a dealer.

I am just an old bloke thinning out his lifetime collection of STUFF before the floor collapses.

I'm selling most of this stuff for much less than I paid for it.

I am certainly NOT INTERESTED IN PROFIT..

..and indeed, seldom make any!
