This auction is for the still sealed The Seeds first album titled "The Seeds" pressed and released in stereo by GNP Crescendo Records (GNP 2023) in the USA in 1966 featuring Pushin' Too Hard and Can't Seeeem To Make You Mine. The sealed single sleeve record jacket is mint. The record jacket has no cuts, holes, splits, dings, rings, bends, creases, tape or tape marks, or writing of any kind, and no bar code. Sky Saxon vocals and guitarist Jan Savage formed the Seeds with keyboardist Daryl Hooper and drummer Rick Andridge in Los Angles in 1965. They were best known for their rock & roll standard "Pushin' Too Hard," the Seeds combined the raw, Stones-like appeal of garage rock with ragged, innovative psychedelia. The band eventually delved deep into the Sgt. Peppers psychedelia and art rock genre and also attempted to branch out into improvisational blues-rock.
