Description
This is the blue vinyl 12", pressed by Teldec of The Smiths "Panic." Unlike the UK press, the b-sides are the queen is dead and there is a light that never goes out.
I purchased this record in 1993 in Denver.
In 1997 I met Morrissey at an autograph signing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This was the signing for his release of My Early Burglary Years.
Morrissey looked at me, and I said "your records are really important to me." He said "my records are really important to me too." This is a absolutely authentic, real autograph. I've included a few pictures of me holding this record at the autograph signing, and of me and Morrissey.
In 2005 I met Andy Rourke at a DJ night he was hosting. I took this record and he signed it for me. He was dismayed that I asked he sign a record already signed by Morrissey.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. The autographs are clear and bright. The sleeve is a crease on the back from being held.
The vinyl is in near mint condition. I've always kept it separate from the outer sleeve in its own white paper sleeve.
