Description

The Soft Parade 1969 US First Press / First Variant
Matrix: Side 1: EKS 75005-A AL MMMD ARC 8-26-9 Side 2: EKS 75005-B AL LMLL ARC 8-26-9
Cover: VG Signs of ring & shelf wear. Bump to the bottom right corner. No creases, splits, tears, writing, or punch holes. The cover remains in very solid healthy condition.
Vinyl: EX++ Clean, glossy, thick heavy vinyl Side 1: Small scratch/scuff Side 2: Small scratch & surface spider lines
Gold Labels: NM Pristine. There is a fabrication crease on Side 2. This  appears to have been a common manufacturing defect  with this first issue
Play Grade: EX++ Wonderful audio.  There are some light ticks at the start  of 'The Soft Parade' track on Side 2. Otherwise an almost perfect playback performance. Not to mention that the  sound engineering on this album is exceptional.
