Album consists of a 67-minute instrumental improvisation recorded at The Factory in NY in 1966 featured in the Andy Warhol documentary by the same name. 
Contains three inserts: one 12x12 page of stills from the Warhol movie and two-page typed article of The View from the Bandstand by Lou Reed
