The Who - My Generation
(Brunswick LAT 8616 UK LP 1965)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated sleeve which is printed by Robert Stace. This has a pinched top & bottom spine. It comes with its original polythene-lined company (Decca) inner sleeve - which is in Excellent condition.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press -1B/ -1B matrix stampers. The mother stampers are D 1 and M 2 1. The Brunswick labels are grooved. This is a genuine UK 1st pressing of their classic debut LP. These are getting rare.
Sleeve: There is some light to mild fading, & staining, to the rear. There is some light ringwear too. Otherwise very light wear only. VG+ condition.
Vinyl: There are some light to mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and about 8-10 light hairline marks. Some are quite small. There is also a very small mark, on the play-in groove on Side 1, that causes a loud click. It may possibly jump but it is difficult to tell. This is before the music actually starts. VG- condition. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear. Plays VG+ overall & Near Excellent in some places. There is some light crackle in some quieter places. There are a very few light clicks on one track too.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50 to £7.75 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.25 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
