Description

The 1st pressings from summer '71 can get expensive if you really need a TOTALLY all round smart copy. But someone who is picky on visuals and audio - might like to go for a marginally later copy...and bag better grading at a fraction of the price.
An original 1973 copy on UK Track. Matrix 4/4 Etching 'Bilbo'. The vinyl comes housed in an original shiny cover. Also included is a Headhunters inner - probably from 12 months prior - but a great addition none the less.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen the light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. And this is both hard to find and very important on this title. You're going to need a clean player otherwise the quieter moments will soon become distracting. Lovely and clean into those slow build sections. All I could detect was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. This example will delivery you a super rendition of this 70's classic title.
Cover (Ex) Lovely shiny pristine surfaces. The unlaminated 1st issues are really difficult to find without surface wear. Not an issues here! Slight crease top right corner that's all. Touch of edge wear along the bottom edge...pretty minor. The openings are still sharp and the spine [both] are 100% intact. Four pointy corners. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Sweet!
Inner (Ex) Hardly any ageing. No splits. Real real nice. bag present.
