The Zombies Odessey & Oracle 1968

A1/B1 1st Pressing

Re-listed due to last winner using a hi-jacked account

This is possibly the earliest & best example of this amazing Psych album.

This album is from my own personal collection. I was the original purchaser back in 1968. I had become a fan of Blunstone & Argent when as young boy I used to listen to them practising at the school we all went to (beumont School in St. Albans)

 

As soon as this album was released I was 1st in the queue, The genuine 1st Pressing of A1/B1 was limited to a very few copies and having watched ebay sales over the last few years I have NEVER seen an A1/B1 copy come up before. The full matrix codes are 63280 A1 & 63280 B1

The condition is truly amazing and still plays perfectly even after 40 years, with not a single hiss crackle or pop. There is virtually no spindle wear and nothing but the very faintest surface marks to each side.

The cover it'self is also in exceptional condition with no sign of ring wear, no splits to the spine and definately no labels, stickers, writing or creases to the cover. the edges and conrners are still excellent.

 

I will take extra when packaging with lots of protection and stregtheners and double boxed to boot.
