this record of the doors of Morrison hotel is the last title in the catalogue of doors records to appear on tan gold label before Elektra switched for the solid red label some people don't believe they exits . well here the proof .I had seen Canadian copies and it was nowhere like mine.so before you ask this is not a Canadian pressing .the cover is an old style cardboard cover with pasted on slicks not a thin cardboard one. this is like copy's of the famous Beatles album the butcher sleeve or the velvet underground sleeve withdrawn sleeve /this cardboard one got the art directly on sleeve this has the new York ny 1000023 address on back .there is no mention of anything else to even suggest another origin this also a printed spine so therefore one original us pressing .this is a mission impossible find and you more chance of being hit by a asteroid in a cave then you have of finding one the last known copy sold in 2005 150 pound which I think was a steal .this will be a 14 day listing I only ever do this for rare vinyl to give everyone worldwide to attain a copy of the holy grail of doors albums gold tan label first USA pressing side one stereo eks 76007 a side one side two stereo eks 75007 b red label pressing of this album is second pressing in the same year of the gold label which come first my feedback on vinyl is 100 percent worldwide
