Black and silver label with deep groove both sides. "553 West 51st Street New York 19, N.Y." address on back cover.
Record looks and plays VG++. Side 1 looks very clean. Side 2 has scuff on Track 1 which does not affect play. Some spindle marks.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is shiny and bright with light wear. Tape is visible along top seam at the pocket. The back cover has moderate wear. Top seam is taped and probably split app 3 inches at the pocket. Spine is readable. Spots of heavy wear at the corners.
