Limited edition number 898

Up for sale is Thelonious Monk's Brilliant Corners, reissued by Analogue Productions on double 45 rpm. Mastered by Steve Hoffman who is known for his "breath of life" sound quality, the band sounds like they are playing in the room. 45 rpm for maximum fidelity to spread the music over 4 sides so there is no loss of fidelity towards the inner grooves. See the original mastering insert (photographed above) for details on the care went into this 45 rpm series.

Not just one of Monk's greatest albums, but one of the greatest jazz albums ever recorded.

Condition:

Records are both in NM condition and have only been played once carefully listened to on Stax headphones, play grade is wonderful.


Includes the original insert which includes mastering details by Steve Hoffman, some photographs, etc (see photos above)
